Mission Properties Inc. has several 40 acre tracts to choose from. Also, larger tracts are available and may be subdivided to suit your needs. Highly restricted to protect nature and property values. The original ranch was approx. 2000 acres of which 1000 acres was taken and divided into 24 tracts that are a minimum of 40 acres each. These tracts range in price from 70,000.00 to 100,000.00 per tract. The more expensive tracts have new water wells and have been cased and are ready to use. Some of the tracts are somewhat open and some have heavily wooded areas on them and all have very exceptional views of the Estancia Valley and of the Manzano Mountains.

The area in which the tracts are located are approx. 1 mile from the areas that the larger animals will frequent and very seldom will the larger animals venture to the lower areas. The remainder of the ranch is also available in larger tracts beginning at a minimum of 140 acres and can be divided to the buyers wishes. The prices for the larger tracts range from 950.00 acre to 1500.00 per acre.
